Ceylon small leaf black tea, cut ginger pieces & flavour.
For a delicious one cup of hot tea ... Use (2-2.5g) 1 teaspoon loose tea. Pour 8 fl oz of boiling water over tea. Brew 3 to 5 minutes, then strain. Sweeten to taste.
